Getting Started with Trade Paper AI

From your first sample invoice to PDF delivery

Before you start

Read this guide without an account. To create documents, create a free account and sign in. The Free plan supports up to five documents per month. Online paid checkout is not active yet.

Use fictional company, buyer, and product details for your first test. Saving a sample document adds it to your workspace and counts toward your plan limit.

Your first document workflow

  1. Company: review and save your company details. Keep existing saved details if you already use the workspace.
  2. Buyer and product: save reusable details for the sample trade.
  3. Commercial Invoice: choose the saved details, review quantities and prices, then save.
  4. Packing List: open the Invoice List and choose Create Packing for that invoice. Check cartons and weights.
  5. Review PDFs: check names, addresses, items, quantities, units, and packing details.
  6. Test email: choose Send Email, use your own inbox as the recipient, review the attachment, and send. Check your inbox for delivery.

The guided demo provides temporary sample values. Nothing is saved until you press Save. Shipment setup is optional for your first Invoice and Packing List.
